The region of living waters

Town of Touzim is located in western Bohemia, in the Karlovy Vary region, only 36 kilometers from Karlovy Vary. The historic area of Toužimi has the status of a monument zone.

Touzim´s monuments

Touzim Castle:

Castle is unfortunately inaccessible to the public and is in a disastrous state.

Town fortification:

Until now, only remnants of the fortification wall have survived and the condition is very bad.

Church of the Birth of Our Lady: 

The Roman Catholic parish church is located right in the city center. Since 1958, it has been preserved as a cultural monument.

In the vicinity of Toužim and throughout the Karlovy Vary region you can find many other sights and undiscovered places that are definitely worth a visit.
